Staff suggestions are scored by our AI against the goal and the guiding principles of the business. Each strategy includes a detailed blueprint summarizing the execution steps and detailed alignment notes explaining the scores.
Strategy blueprints are visible to all employees and available for peer review, comments and scoring.
Strategy Leaderboard
Alignment scoring and peer reviews are used to determine strategy placement on the leaderboard. Each StratBase goal has a strategy leaderboard.
