Self-serve company provisioning
When a user joins StratRocket, they enter their company email and company name. We use that information to determine if that company exists in our system. If it does not, the company is provisioned and the joining user becomes the initial admin for that company.
The StratRocket Admin Role
The Admin has a few special privileges. They can add and remove staff, grant and revoke the Admin and Goals roles to other users. Each new company gets a starter set of company guiding principles and teams and the Admin can refine and finalize them.
Adding yourself to your company
You join StratRocket by entering your company email and company name. If your company is already on StratRocket, you are added as a staff member for that company.
To create growth goals, you need the goals role
If you need access to the Goals Workspaces, contact your StratRocket admin and they can grant the role. You can find their email address in the Quickstart and on the drop down menu in the upper right.
